1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ossmeta, including our website, progressive web app, training journal, media tools, AI-assisted features, and related services.

By creating an account, uploading content, subscribing, or otherwise using Ossmeta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You may not use Ossmeta if you are barred from using the service under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated for violating these terms.

3. Your training content

Ossmeta lets you record notes, upload videos, attach media to sessions, share selected content, and generate summaries or analysis. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

You grant Ossmeta the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transcode, back up, share, and otherwise operate the service for your content. This includes using service providers for storage, transcription, AI processing, payments, analytics, and delivery.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload or share any video, audio, image, note, or other material, including consent from coaches, teammates, competitors, gym owners, event organizers, or spectators where required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Ossmeta to upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service, scrape the service at scale, or use the service to harm others.

Ossmeta is built for training, review, and sharing within the grappling community. You may not use shared links, profile pages, videos, or generated outputs in a way that misleads viewers, violates others' rights, or exposes private training footage without permission.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, goals, chat responses, labels, and analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Review important outputs before relying on them.

Ossmeta does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional coaching advice. Training and competition decisions remain your responsibility, and you should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid features may require a subscription or other purchase. Prices, plan limits, included features, and billing periods are shown during checkout or in the app and may change prospectively.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the checkout flow, fees are non-refundable for the period already purchased.

7. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ossmeta at any time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some features depend on third-party services such as authentication, cloud storage, video delivery, transcription, AI models, payments, and analytics. Their outages or policy changes may affect Ossmeta.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Ossmeta or others, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that could cause legal or security problems.

You may stop using Ossmeta at any time. Some information may remain in backups, logs, shared links, billing records, or other records where retention is technically necessary or legally required.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Ossmeta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ossmeta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, training injuries, competition outcomes, or loss of goodwill.

10. Contact and updates

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel.
